Direct request communications
When you submit a request, we may use the email address or phone number you provide to answer it, deliver the requested information, or coordinate scheduling. Optional automated marketing or nurture must follow the consent choices shown at collection.
Text messages
If you explicitly opt in, Garage Door Lead Engine may send calls or text messages about your request, scheduling, services, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. We may send a final confirmation of an opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email choices
Service or requested-response messages may be necessary to complete your request. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where required.
Records and changes
We may record the consent language version, timestamp, source, channel, and preference state. Contact us if a preference is not being honored. Messaging programs are activated only after the applicable carrier, consent, and operational requirements are satisfied.
